This beautiful Santoku knife is lightweight, flexible, and very comfortable to hold. The hammered surface helps release food easily when cutting, and the length and sharp edges are perfect for slicing and dicing a variety of foods. The handles, available in the modern sturdy G10 and the traditional comfortable ebonywood, are carefully crafted, and the polished handles ensure comfort and precise control.
The strong core of VG10 is protected by 66 layers of nickel and stainless steel. Rugged VG-10 cutting cores are wear and corrosion resistant for a sharp, durable 15° edge.
