The Classic black 8-inch carving knife has a long blade for thinly sliced turkey, roasts, ham, and other large deli meats. A carving knife has a sharper edge than a chef's knife and can cut thinner, finer slices. Its extra length enables long, smooth slicing strokes—rather than having to saw quickly back and forth—for professional-looking slices. Narrow blades help with maneuverability, especially around the bones of a ham or prime rib. Carving knives can also be used to cut salmon and other large fish.
CLASSIC BLACK knives feature a unique dual support design for professional style weight, excellent balance and aesthetics. The handle is made from a highly durable composite material - G10 - with a tighter molecular structure that resists fading and discoloration. The elegant handle shape is designed for a comfortable grip.
