DESCRIPTION
Chances are you've heard of Nakiri knives before. Easily recognizable by its rectangular shape, "Nakiri" means "vegetable knife" in Japanese and is used in superb style in professional and home kitchens around the world. Do you dream of owning a vegetable knife that can be a kitchen staple for the rest of your life? Then you should not miss the special features of our nakiri knives.
Nakiri - a classic that never fails in the kitchen.
Nakiri knives are hammered from German1.4116 steel. The 16cm sharp blade is combined with a minimalist sturdy ABS handle, complete with a metal bolster and end cap. The wide blade lets you cut vegetables and meat while protecting your knuckles - so you can cut food better and safer. The hammered finish is like a series of hollow cavities that reduce drag and stop food from sticking to the knife.
