This 3.5" paring knife smaller blade is the perfect size and shape for any task that requires a controlled or more flexible blade, such as peeling, coring, pitting, or even decorating. This paring knife is great for any task that is too small or delicate for a full-size chef's knife.
The knives are handcrafted for beauty, function and exceptional performance. Each blade features a Japanese VG10 core surrounded by 33 layers of Damascus steel to create a beautiful layered Damascus pattern. Finished with a G10 composite handle for ultimate comfort and durability with traditional mosaic pins and end caps.
