DESCRIPTION

Kiritsuke knife is a utility knife for preparing meat, vegetables and fish, similar to the Santoku, but the sharp and practical tip on the end of the blade creates its unique shape.

This knife is precision forged from VG10 high carbon steel, heat treated to 60-61 HRC. The blade is tapered and covered with 66 layers of Damascus steel for excellent sharpness and durability.

Stylish honeycomb aluminum handle that provides a great grip and is very light.
