This Damascus 8" carving knife is ideal for cutting thin cuts of meat, including poultry, roasts, ham, and other large cooked meats. This carving knife is much thinner than a chef's knife, allowing for thinner, more precise slices.
The strong core of VG10 is protected by 66 layers of nickel and stainless steel. Rugged VG-10 cutting cores are wear and corrosion resistant for a sharp, durable 15° edge.
Ergonomic design G10 handle is non-slip and comfortable; Metal end caps provide perfect balance; Durable, beautiful and does not breed bacteria.
