DESCRIPTION

Cut pastries, cakes, and crusty baguettes with the Classic Black 8-Inch Bread Knife. The scalloped serrations of this knife allow you to easily and cleanly cut through foods that are tough on the outside but soft on the inside, minimizing mess or compression.

The blade is protected by a solid core of VG10 and 66 layers of stainless steel. Rugged VG-10 cutting cores are wear and corrosion resistant for a sharp, durable 15° edge.
Ergonomic design G10 handle is non-slip and comfortable; Metal end caps provide perfect balance; Durable, beautiful and does not breed bacteria.
