Sometimes the kitchen needs a cleaver, mostly for cutting garlic or chicken. This 8.4cm wide blade made of German 1.4116 steel requires no muscle power even when cutting tough cuts of meat. Ergonomic ABS handle for easy and safe work. Thanks to its shape and slightly curved bottom, the cleaver continues to sit comfortably in the hand even after prolonged work.
