The 7" Santoku Knife is a chef's knife designed for vegetables, meat and fish. The versatile 7" blade is maneuverable to promote excellent blade control and is ideal for chopping herbs and chopping garlic. Many chefs have completely replaced their traditional chef's knives with the efficient santoku.
A gorgeous Damascus composite blade made of layered stainless steel around the VG10 cutting core for maximum cutting performance, strength, corrosion resistance and, of course, a razor-sharp 15° edge. These handcrafted knives are designed with painted wood handles, so each remains lightweight yet perfectly balanced.
